The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE)(ATF) has revised Form 4473.
This Form also known as the Firearms Transaction Record, the form you complete to purchase a firearm from an FFL dealer such as a gun store, pawn shop, gun show or online retailer. The revised form includes all of the Notices, Instructions, and Definitions. These significant changes are explained on the ATF’s website.
